The GlobalFingerprints director of program development seeks to ensure sponsored children are thriving spiritually and physically by developing and managing training resources, monitoring program standards and consulting with leaders about best practices for caring for vulnerable children.

The GlobalFingerprints Program Development Team is comprised of subject experts in the areas of child well-being who help resource child sponsorship programs around the world.

The site coordinator is the primary support role to the onsite program manager in implementing the ministry of GlobalFingerprints. The position reports to the GlobalFingerprints division leader where they minister.

Effectively communicate the vision and mission of GlobalFingerprints to churches and sponsors and use communication channels to recruit new sponsors.
