Missionary Mentor

The initial months and years of international service are critical periods in the lives of younger missionaries and interns. For this reason, the Mexico City Team is committed to providing the spiritual, emotional and relational support necessary to ensure their long-term spiritual growth and ministry impact.

To do this well, we are looking for a mature, godly couple with a passion for mentoring and discipling young men and women for gospel service. Working directly with the Mexico City Team leader, this mentoring couple will regularly meet with new team members and interns to provide coaching, discipleship, hospitality and encouragement.

This is primarily an English-language ministry opportunity. Training in the areas of biblical counseling, cross-cultural/urban ministry and Spanish language can be provided.
