Job Site Supervisor
Crisis Response
Job site supervisors minister to homeowners and volunteer teams for the purpose of them growing closer to Jesus as they serve together. They intentionally minister to homeowners and volunteer teams to grow them closer to Jesus as they serve together. Job site supervisors are skilled in some areas of construction and are open to acquiring any new skills needed. They act as a liaison between homeowners, Crisis Response and partner churches and report to the Site Construction Supervisor.
Responsibilities may include:
- Oversee specific construction projects at the response site, including training and directing volunteers in project tasks, advocating daily prayer walks and by (example of) modeling being the hands and feet of Jesus Christ to the volunteers and homeowners
- Willing to help acquire and stage construction materials for job sites, including maintaining the tools and the tool storage area(s) for the site as needed
