Site Construction Supervisor
Crisis Response
Site construction supervisors are excited by the mission of reflecting Jesus and multiplying disciples throughout the project. They balance work with relationships and come alongside homeowners for as long as it takes to help them obtain safe, secure, sanitary, and functional housing. They follow each project through from assessments to completion including materials requisition and delivery. They report to the Site Coordinator.
Responsibilities may include:
- Skilled in at least one area of construction and oversees others in a variety of home rebuild projects
- Enjoys teaching/guiding job site supervisors whether staff or volunteers
- Assigns incoming volunteers to each job site at their assigned location weekly
