The role of Crisis Response Discipleship Director is to develop methods and training to support Crisis Response staff and partner churches in not only sharing the love of Christ to those in need, but also continue to glorify God by growing disciples who make disciples.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate various discipleship methods to train staff so they will be effective trainers of volunteers and church partners in prayer walks and making disciples
- Oversee training staff
- In the absence of a Local Response Site Discipleship Coordinator, work side-by-side with Crisis Response staff and the partner church(es) to address the spiritual needs of the community to multiply transformative churches in the areas we serve
- Report to an assigned member of the Crisis Response Lead Team or the Crisis Response Director
