Normally foreigners cannot practice medicine in MENA (medical jobs are for locals only), but our team has an opportunity to place licensed U.S. doctors alongside local Christian doctors.
Responsibilities:
- Provide effective medical and spiritual care to locals
- Work alongside a team of people sharing their faith with locals
- Spend many hours per week learning language, culture, and best-practice for ministry
- Develop local friendships
- Encourage and disciple new believers as they learn to walk with Jesus
Qualifications:
- Active medical license
- No ministry experience necessary (we will train you!)
- Humble learner: willingness to learn Arabic, history and culture
- Deep love for people and a broken heart for the lost
