Short-Term Team/Intern Coordinator and Discipler
God is at work in the Middle East like never before. For our teams in the Middle East and North Africa (MENA), relationship building is the foundation of ministry. Our church planting teams work hard to learn the local language and culture to build bridges, see disciples made and churches planted where the gospel is not known.
We are looking for individuals who want to come alongside our church planting efforts and provide support to short-term teams and Interns. Investment and mentorship are key to helping short-term teams and Interns be healthy in the field while also growing missiologically and linguistically. Most newcomers to the field want direction and accountability as they adapt to the world around them. With a holistic perspective in mind, our teams need intentional investment in these newcomers. Are you burdened to invest in the next generation of laborers? Do you have a passion for reaching the unreached? Join the MENA team and help bridge the gap between those first entering the field and long-term laborers in the harvest.
