GlobalFingerprints Director of Program Development
GlobalFingerprints
- Develop, refine and maintain training materials in collaboration with the GlobalFingerprints division leaders to ensure field relevance.
- Ensure program standards are met by facilitating the governance processes of the program standard review and site assessment development planning.
- Consult with GlobalFingerprints division leaders as they address challenges and develop plans to improve care of children at their sites.
- Lead the program development team of experts to provide support as requested by GlobalFingerprints division leaders, such as translation, health assessment reviews and trauma care.
- Ensure adequate child protection policies are adopted and implemented at each site and short-term mission teams are properly vetted.
- Participate as a member of the GlobalFingerprints lead team and GlobalFingerprints ministry team.
Special Requirements
Proven track record of collaborating effectively with others.
Ability to travel internationally.
Training and teaching experience.
Technology competence.
Knowledge in the field of orphans and vulnerable children preferred.
Experience working cross-culturally desired.
