Church Planting Catalyst

This role of Church Planting Catalyst is committed to establishing networks of house churches in a high-persecution contexts. 

Responsibilities:

• Humbly befriend local church leaders to help catalyze church planting efforts throughout MENA 
• Provide our partners with consulting, coaching and equipping of local church leaders 
• Create appropriate, contextualized solutions in high-persecution communities 

Qualifications: 

•  Strong friendship-building skills 
• No experience necessary (we will train you!), but elder board experience preferred 
• Humble learner: willingness to learn Arabic, history and culture 
• Openness to various church planting models (vs. attachment to one mega-church model, etc.) 
• Excellent opportunity for second-career pastors
