Church Planter

Santiago, Chile is a strategic and key mission field in Latin America. ReachGlobal's Latin America/Caribbean division has strong local partnerships and connections with the local church. We are looking for people to support the local church in Santiago to help plant transformational churches in the region.  

Responsibilities:  

• Work alongside our national church partners to plant transformational churches in the Southern Cone  
• Learn the Spanish language and culture 
• Learn from our team of experienced church planters to understand best practices for the local ministry context 

Qualifications:  

• A deep love of the local church, God’s people and His Word 
• An understanding of the role of the local church in daily life 
• Strong relationship-building skills 
• Humble learner 
• A heart for the lost and for transformational discipleship 
• A Bible College or Seminary Degree
• Licensed (or undergoing licensing) by the EFCA
