Partner Initiative Director
Crisis Response
The Crisis Response Partner Initiative is developing a network of churches and individuals envisioned and giving regularly to international disciplemaking and church planting opportunities in the mission field that follows crisis.
Responsibilities
- Lead the ReachGlobal Crisis Response Partner Initiative
- Develop and lead a team of partner advocates
- Coordinate and execute plans for crisis outreach for crisis events that don't make a national news cycle or general public awareness
- Work with international partners with crisis recovery in their local community while maintaining a gospel ministry focus
- Develop and implement strategies for growing the network of partner donors
- Serve as liaison between donors and ReachGlobal fields, coordinating the strategic investment of donor funds in crisis contexts for recovery and development-based church planting
- Maintain healthy relationships with donors and ministry regions through frequent communications
- Report to the Crisis Response Initiatives Director

The main role is to develop strong ongoing relationships with others and execute a plan to promote the ministry of Crisis Response among current and prospective donor partners, including individuals and churches, and to help deepen these relationships to encourage long-term partnerships.
